Manitoba Beef and Forage Conference

Manitoba Agriculture, in partnership with Manitoba Beef Producers and Manitoba Beef & Forage Initiatives, has announced the return of the Manitoba Beef and Forage Conference for its second year.

This year’s event has been condensed to a one-day format, but attendees can still look forward to the same high-quality information through a mix of keynote presentations and hands-on breakout sessions. Topics will include testing and control of John’s disease, business risk management tools, predation challenges, genomics, vitamin and mineral nutrition, family farm communication, and much more. Our breakout sessions will feature industry experts and local producers who will share their practical insights and on-farm experiences, highlighting the value of research and its real-world applications.

The conference agenda also includes time for networking with presenters, industry representatives, vendors, and fellow participants. A hot lunch, catered by Merv’s Pitchfork Fondue, will be provided.
