JAPANESE ENOKI BEEF ROLLS
Ingredients
– 15 to 20 thin beef slices (250 g)
– 200 g enoki mushrooms
– 3 Tbsp soy sauce
– 1 Tbsp ginger
– 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
– 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
– 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Directions
1) Wash and drain enoki mushrooms.
2) In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, rice vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. Pour marinade over beef in a shallow dish and marinate for minimum of 30 min.
3) Wrap enoki with beef slices.
4) Grill on a hot pan for 4-5 min.
5) Place on a dish and top with green onions.
